Below are the Terms & Conditions of ViaVia Kathmandu for your kind information.

General Information

Check-in/Check-out Policies

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

  • Check-In: 6:30 am – 1:30 am
  • Check-Out: 12 o’clock
  • Day rooms: until 6 pm 50 % of day price, after that 100 %
  • Late Check-out Hour: 1 pm
  • Late Check-out Fees: until 6 pm 50 % of day price, after that 100 %

Late check-out (after 12:00 PM ) may result in a fee.

Property and Cancellation Policies

Kindly contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or adjust your booking.

Airport transfers

  • ViaVia can help organizing your airport transfer. Kindly fill in your flight details specifying airport drop off or airport pick up when making your booking and we will contact you to confirm your airport transfer. 
  • The taxi driver will be waiting for you with a red ViaVia sign just outside the airport building. 
  • The cost of the airport transfer will be for free.
  • Kindly make sure to book for the previous night for flights arriving around midnight so you can check in directly upon arrival instead of waiting for the check in time

House rules

  • Breakfast is served between 7:00 am – 9:30 am
  • Food & drinks from outside are not allowed in ViaVia’s public areas (bar, restaurant & reception).
  • ViaVia is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, etc. during your stay; 
    However, we’ll do everything we can to help you out.

Payment methods

Payments

  • Prices inclusive of all applicable taxes.
  • Rates are quoted in USD – payments can be deposited to ViaVia’s bank account before your stay or paid in cash/credit card upon arrival, in USD or Euro (cash only) at the prevailing exchange rate. 
  • A 50% deposit shall be required for all group bookings.  
  • ViaVia reserves the right to cancel bookings when there is no communication and/or when the requested deposit is not paid as agreed on.
  • Kindly note that the amount indicated on your booking should be the net amount received and that all transfer costs should be covered by the client.
